Espèce botanique. Croissance sympodiale. Epiphyte

Origine géographique : Amérique du sud tropicale (Panama, Colombie, Equateur, Pérou, Vénézuela, Guyanne, Guyanne Française, Surinam, trinidad et Tobago et brésil). Altitude : 650-1800 mètres. Taille totale de la plante : moyenne.

Pseudobulbes : pyriforme.

Feuillage : une unique feuille apicale. Le feuillage est uni.
